No two briefs land on our desk the same way. Some come with a fixed deadline that can't move, others with a budget that needs stretching further than it looks, and plenty arrive with a space that's awkward, listed, or simply doesn't match what's on the drawing. Some are a single room, others a whole building, and some only reveal their real challenge once we're past the front door and measuring up in person.

What stays constant is the process behind it. One team carries the project from first survey through to final fit, so nothing gets lost in handover between a designer, a manufacturer and an installer who've never met. The same factory that draws up the design also builds it, which means what gets signed off on screen is what turns up on site, built to the exact dimensions of the room it's going into rather than the nearest standard size.
